Hours: 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday

The Production department are currently looking for a Production Editor/Proofreader to assist in the delivery of learning and assessment materials, participating in all stages of the production process.
Reporting to the Lead Production Editor, the Production Editor/Proofreader will undertake typesetting and proofreading of content to prepare materials for publication in print and online formats, as well as carry out some admin tasks. Proofreading is a large part of this role, so a keen eye for detail is essential. Liaison with printers to ensure timely delivery of materials is also a key element of the role.
The successful candidate will have:
- A high level of literacy and attention to detail, as well as excellent organisational, planning and time management skills.
- An ability to multi-task and to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Experience of proofreading documents.
A working knowledge of InDesign and experience of print and online production processes are preferred.
